Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ page). Below, we have tried to answer the most common questions from visitors. If you find that your question is not answered on this page, please E-mail us: service@bellerosefarm.com

We are open, Monday through Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM and closed on Sunday. Extended holiday hours November 1 to  December 24 to serve you.

How long does it take for my gift to arrive?
The time it takes to receive a product may vary depending on a number of circumstances. We can ship most small products by USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 2-3 days. We have found that our customers prefer a little larger S&H cost to get the product faster this way. Larger packages typically are delivered by UPS.  Those times will vary according to distance but are typically 7-10 business days. Special promotions, when offered, such as “Free shipping” go UPS ground. Pre- books and special orders are dependent upon manufacturers release dates.


How much is shipping & handling?
The cost for shipping & handling will vary based on the total weight & size of the package. The shipping menu at checkout provides best rate (domestic) and zone rate. Zone rate must be used for all international shipments.

What days do you ship?
We ship daily Monday thru Saturday. UPS deliveries can not be shipped to a PO Box..
 

Can you ship to different addresses?
Yes, we will ship to any valid address you specify, however shipping charges will apply to each address.
 

What is your return policy?
All merchandise is guaranteed to be of kind and quality shown.We inspect and test all lamps and lights prior to shipment as a service to our customers as well as for our peace of mind. All other products are visually inspected prior to shipping. No returns without prior approval, and absolutely no returns after 15 days from receipt of merchandise, regardless of reason. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. All return items must have an RMA number issued by us authorizing the return. Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier, and we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise by you. Any authorized return other than for damage or error on our part will be subject to a restocking fee of  10% . All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons, with all shipping charges prepaid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returned products must be in new condition, including all boxes, manuals, packing and parts. Any non-compliance will result in zero refund.
