Belle Rose Farm is the sole owner of the information collected on this Web site. We only gather information we need to serve you better and will not - without your consent, - sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement except in cases where in good faith we believe that the law requires us to do so, it is necessary to protect Belle Rose Farm's rights and/or property, or if circumstances necessitate acting to protect the personal safety of staff or of the public.

When You Ship to Another Recipient...
We only collect the name(s) and postal delivery information necessary to fulfill your requests to ship to an alternate address. We never share this information nor do we contact these individuals unless a service issue relating to the order makes it necessary.

When You Use the "Tell -A-Friend" Option...
This unique feature allows you to share information about a particular item you think may be interesting to another individual. We do not retain your friend's name or E-mail address, share their information with outside parties, nor does Belle Rose Farm contact them.

Charge Cards: We no longer accept credit cards directly. All use of credit cards must be done thru PayPal. This is for your protection as well as ours that a secure transaction takes place. All charges will be in US dollars. All  PayPal charges  will be made to gifts@bellerosefarm.com and will appear on your statement as "Belle Rose Farm or gifts@bellerosefarm.com." PayPal has become the most widely used, trusted and easy to use site for internet purchases.

Check, Cashiers Check and Money Orders: All funds must be in U. S. Dollars, drawn on a      U. S. bank. No merchandise will be shipped until sufficient time has been allowed for all checks, regardless of type, to clear your bank (normally 7-10 business days). If your payment is returned by your bank for any reason, you will be charged the maximum allowable fee for collection in your area, plus any fees assessed by your bank.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are valid for a period of (1) one year from the date of purchase. No refunds on gift certificates. Gift certificates are available in denominations  of  $20 , $50, and $100. No refunds on partially used gift certificates.

  Special Orders: All special orders must be paid in full at time of order, and may NOT be canceled once we have ordered your merchandise. If paying by personal or business check, allow 10 working days for your check to clear before we order your special merchandise.

 Low Prices: We do our best to make sure you see the lowest prices on our products. If you should see a lower price on the web, contact us before purchase and we will see if we can  compare. We will not consider closeouts, clearance , discontinued or distressed products. Shipping costs or special promotions will also not apply. All product must be new, sealed.

 Sales Tax: Sales tax will automatically be charged on the merchandise shipped within the state of Maryland.

Payment Terms: We accept most major credit cards thru Paypal, money orders, personal and business checks. Sorry, no COD's

 Shipping:  All stock merchandise is usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order and confirmation of payment. We do our best to ensure that we maintain in stock, everything we offer, however we acknowledge that sometimes the demand for certain items may not coincide with our replenishment times from the artists. You will be notified via E-mail of any back orders or other delays, in shipping your order. You may cancel any unavailable merchandise, or have a backorder entered at that time. On occasion we offer FREE shipping on orders meeting a certain criteria or promotion as advertised. These promotional orders are shipped UPS or USPS ground unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Return Policy: All merchandise is guaranteed to be of kind and quality shown. We inspect and test all lamps and lights prior to shipment for our peace of mind as well as service to our customers. All other products are visually inspected prior to shipping for flaws or damage. All of our products are considered individual works of art and as such will vary. No returns without prior approval, and absolutely no returns after 15 days from receipt of merchandise, regardless of reason. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. All return items must have an RMA number issued by us authorizing the return. Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier, and we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise by you. Any authorized return other than for damage or error on our part will be subject to a restocking fee of  10% . All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons, with all shipping charges prepaid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Returned products must be in new condition, including all boxes, manuals, packing and parts. Any non-compliance will result in zero refund.

 NOTE: All unauthorized or "freight collect" returns will be refused, and no credit will be issued.

Low Prices: We research all of our prices to provide you the lowest total price on any item we offer. If you see a lower price on any item we offer, you must contact us prior to making an order. We will research the terms and totals for that offer and contact you with the results . Product must be new, retail, sealed box condition and “in stock “ to qualify. Shipping terms apply.
